Sheets, pillow covers and towels. You can get clean sheets either from the reception at the apartment or from the Lami estate agent. Both will charge you for these. If you are arriving out of hours, contact Lami on 0033 (0)479 07 83 27 or the Reception on 0033 479 415890 and they will arrange for sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases to be dropped of in the apartment! Towels are only available from the reception. Hot water. The water is very hot – be careful with young children! There is a large tank in a cupboard in one of the rooms. There should be plenty of water for baths and showers, and if you did run out (we never have) the immersion heater seems to work very quickly. Electricity. The fuse box is by the front door. Please do not waste electricity, turn off the lights when you go out. Radiators. There are electric radiators in all of the rooms and two in the living area. They do not need to be set on high, as you will roast. Likewise at night set them low or off, the insulation is extremely effective. The Television/DVD player. The TV in the main room not only gets a variety of French channels but also gets BBC 1, BBC 2, Channel 4 and CBBC. The DVD player is not blue ray. The TV in one of the rooms only runs from the DVD player at present – useful if the kids want to watch whilst the adults chat! Internet. At the moment we do not have Internet though we are planning to put it in for 2013 season. You can get wireless Internet in the reception for a small charge.
