The Balcony

The balcony is North East facing. It gets the sun in the mornings. It looks directly out over the valley with Bourg St Maurice at the bottom and Les Arcs opposite. The largest peak is the Mont Blanc. There are 8 chairs, a small table and two sledges. Please feel free to use them!!

Getting to/from the Village.

The village centre is the other side of the Montchavin Chairlift. It is down the slope from the apartment and there is a path on which it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the centre and a bit more on the way back. There are some steps, so not ideal for pushchairs. Alternatively you can catch the free shuttle bus, which goes from just outside the front of the building. The stop is called Le Replat. The shuttles are not that frequent so it is worth checking the times. We usually walk. Another alternative is to drive, especially if carrying supplies. The drive takes 3 minutes.

Finally you (or more likely the kids) can sledge down!
